A friendly welcome to the romantic and peaceful Garden of Skye.
Morar is a large comfortable house on a working croft overlooking the sea in the village of Ardvasar, on the Sleat peninsula (known as The Garden of Skye). Sleat is in the South of the Island where the Gulf Stream influences the climate.
Our south facing terrace and dining room have extensive sea views. Dolphins and whales can often be watched from the terrace and the garden. Guests are welcome to walk in the grounds and on to the shore at the bottom of the garden where otters and seals can sometimes be seen. It is ideal for a honeymoon, quiet retreat and short breaks on the Isle of Skye.
The indoor heated swimming pool is also available for the use of guests. Breakfast options include free range eggs, home-made bread and preserves, local produce including fish and vegetarian alternatives.
